Getting started on a new fitness program can be a daunting task. What are my goals? Where do I work out? What do I need to do?? What am I supposed to be eating???

You are already busy with work and family. You already struggle to fit in time for yourself. So how can you be expected to find time to not only workout but to sift through the countless information out there to put together an effective weight loss program?

Louisville Weight Loss ProgramI see these problems everyday with my new clients and it is my job to figure it out for you. I am not sure what you do for a living but I’m guessing that being a personal trainer isn’t it. I am sure you are very good at what you do and you try and get better every day. So, instead of researching all of the weight loss information out there yourself let me do that for you because that is what I do!

Getting started is simple. You have already taken the first step by finding me online.  All that you have to do now is email or call me. I will do the rest!  From this point we will set a time for our first meeting and I will plan our first session based on information that we discuss on our call or from your email.

Louisville Fitness ProgramOn our first meeting we will do a complete assessment to find out all of your baseline information. During this first session we will do a short functional training assessment, which will give me an idea of your current fitness level and also help me understand if you have any limitations or imbalances in your posture. Then we will discuss your goals in detail so that I can design a customized personal training program just for you.

The way that I set up my programs is based on how many sessions that I believe that you will need to accomplish your goals. This may be 2, 3, or 5 days per week. I will also write up a program for what you need to do on the days that we aren’t together in my studio. It is my job to make sure that you always have a plan even if that plan is to just simply rest on that day.

You can select your personal training program after our consultation based on your budget and we will schedule your time slot based on what time works best for you. My personal training programs are charged on a monthly retainer basis so there are no contracts. I don’t believe in making someone stay because they are obligated to a contract. I believe that the experience and results should be the reason why you continue working with me.
