Comprehensive Fitness and Health Screening Program
BodyQuest personal trainers have been trained extensively for weight loss management, overall fitness performance, muscle toning, athletic training and post rehabilitation exercises.
On your first session, your personal trainer will provide you with a Health History and Goal Setting Questionnaire to evaluate your current health and set achievable weight loss goals. Your personal trainer will also provide a full evaluation of your nutrition, overall posture, cardiovascular endurance, reactive & balance abilities, core stability, and flexibility to ensure you are on the right track toward achieving your goals.
On your second session, your personal trainer will take you through a workout and expose you to flexibility, self myo-facial release, and corrective exercises based on your initial assessments. These types of workouts are very important so you don’t over-train and you learn what you need to know in order to get started on the right path to a “results oriented” fitness lifestyle.
My goal is to open your eyes to the fitness and weight loss world on a different level. Your participation will definitely improve your knowledge and help you to understand the obstacles you will have to overcome to get the physique you have always dreamed of.
