5 stars I have just finished my third month of training with Chris and am extremely happy with my results. As of now i have lost over 70 lbs of pure fat from my body! in addition to that, ive lost 14 inches from around my waist, over 5 inches from my thighs, and over 4 inches from my arms! Chris is always very supportive and obviously knows what hes doing. i would recommend him to anyone looking to lose weight or get in shape. I have tried almost every diet/weight loss program there is and nothing has worked until i started seeing Chris as a trainer. His methods, and the science behind them have gotten me to where i am today and i look forward to continuing my weight loss journey.

5 stars I have been working with Chris for a little more than a month. I began researching personal trainers after a disappointing doctors appointment. I’d not prioritized my health and well being for many years and this doctor visit told me I’d run out of time. I have to go back in three months and probably be put on more medication. Thank goodness I found Chris. Based on past exercise and diet experience, I had a goal in mind for the next three months. To my amazement, I am 2/3 of the way to that goal in 1 month! I could not do this on my own. Chris gets results, he motivates, coaches and educates. My results so far have shown me what I expected to find – he knows his stuff. I think I will be able to go to my next doctor’s appointment with confidence that the lab results will have improved.

5 stars In the past three months I have lost 40 pounds. I have noticed the major increase in my overall athleticism but I have noticed a difference on how I feel on a day to day basis. He teaches you the proper things to eat and the proper way to workout. He knows so much not only about diet and training but he has also helped me recover from my shoulder injury with rehab. He customizes your workouts to be exactly what you need whether it is weight loss or to improve in a sport. If you’re looking for a change in the way you look and feel Chris is the guy to do it.

5 stars Chris is the best. I started working with him about a year ago. I was injured in a motorcycle accident. I wanted to be able to not call myself crippled anymore. Chris has worked with my injuries to strengthen me. I can now climb stairs normally. He is very educated on the human anatomy. He knows how far he can push me without hurting me. I would recommend Chris to anyone. He is very professional.

5 stars Chris Tedesco is one of the very best trainers in the Louisville area. I have trained with others here in Louisville and in other cities that i have lived in and Chris is by far the best trainer i have had the pleasure and pain( a good one) of working with. He can assess a person’s needs and goals and help you attain them. He is NOT easy and he will push your limits but he has never taken me beyond them. With his years of experience and his personal enthusiasm he makes the workout go by quite fast and he changes things up alot which i think is very important in physical training. If your really serious about exercise and about improving your health, you can’t go wrong by training under Chris. I highly recommend him to anyone who wishes to get in better health and in better physical condition.

5 stars I met Chris almost two years ago after I had managed, quite drastically, to lose 150 pounds on my own. Sounds great, right? Not so much. I was left with a body that had cannibalized my muscles in order to survive. I was exhausted physically and mentally and so very confused. I had lost the weight and was supposed to be happy, but I was anything but happy. I was sick of being sick and weak and I knew I had to find the truth about how to obtain and maintain a healthy, fit body. Working with Chris has not only transformed my physical body, but my mental clarity and my entire life. The workouts have certainly been key in developing my now strong physic, but also the knowledge that I have gained with respect to nutrition and fitness is priceless. One of the best things about Chris is that I never once felt judged or ‘less than’ which is something that kept me out of gyms practically my entire life. At 52 years young, I have discovered my inner athlete (she does box jumps…with a weighted vest?!) Who knew!! Hands down one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life.

5 stars Chris Tedesco, owner of Bodyquest, is the most amazing trainer I have ever worked with!

– He understands my body concerns without me having to (embarrassingly) admit them.
– He does 25-minute and 1-hour workout sessions, depending on what I need and my schedule.
– Most importantly, he keeps me motivated with great results!

My body is hardly recognizable anymore! No, it’s not all easy, but I really can’t complain about 25 minutes a day. Plus, the diet he designed for me takes into account that I hate salads and can’t eat like a rabbit everyday. I love the way my new body looks! This is definitely the best investment I’ve ever made!

5 stars I started with Chris Tedesco six months ago. I have gone from 17% bodyfat to 10% bodyfat and increased my arms by 3.5 inches. I have increased my chest measurments by 5 inches and decreased my waist by 3 inches!! My overall definition has allowed me to expand my part time modeling to a national level. Chris is a is an amazingly talented trainer and nutrional adviser.

5 stars Chis is one of the nicest, most professional people I’ve ever met. He has been my personal trainer for about 6 months’ time and the results I’ve seen have been nothing short of miraculous.

His studio is extremely polished, very modern. With the ambiance set by the upbeat music in the background, the whole experience is very conducive to getting the best workout in the time you schedule.

What I like best about Chris personally, is his willingness to become your fitness partner. He’s not there to intimidate you, chit-chat with girls while you struggle, or demean you in any way. He is there so that you can live a healthier, happier, more productive life. He genuinely wants to see you succeed.

5 stars For the past 2.5 yrs I happily provided 24 hr healthcare for a parent, but didn’t care for my own health and well being, something I had prided myself in doing. I’m now taking the time to help ensure my well being and Chris Tedesco is helping me get back on track. He doesn’t use the hyperboles trainers often exhibit. He’s fact-based, sincere, and professional. He KNOWS what he’s talking about and takes into account any past injuries or limitations. He KNOWS where to set the bar and how to get you past existing limitations without risking additional injury. He is an EXCELLENT Trainer!

5 stars Upon the referral of a friend I made an appointment to meet Chris the weekend before Thanksgiving. I’ve seen my weight as high as 220 pounds and with only a few months before my 30th birthday, I was eager to get out of my couch potato rut once and for all. I’ve since been training with Chris, about three days a week for last 18 weeks. Unlike the many other personal trainers I’ve worked with I have seen immediate results, an 8% reduction in body fat, down 30 pounds, and a total of 22.5 inches all across my body. I don’t know what it is about the exercises we do, but the sessions he designs are much more intense and productive than anything I’ve ever experienced with any of the trainers I’ve hired through the “jumbo” gyms I’ve been a member of. While I’ve changed my lifestyle, nothing I’m doing has been drastic, I don’t feel like I’m making sacrifices and going without, he’s taught me about moderation and just to be smart. So whatever it is in his magic formula, HE GETS RESULTS. Chris isn’t your typical meat head trainer, having run his own studio for decades he knows his stuff, unlike typical jumbo gym trainers he doesn’t have a superficial knowledge of his craft but rather his knowledge base is wide and deep. Not to mention, Chris is a nice person to spend three hours a week with. He’s honest, flexible, understanding, but also results-driven – particularly towards my couch potato tendencies. I highly recommend Chris Tedesco and BodyQuest.

He matches their fitness goals as well as their personalities with what the clients ultimate desire is in their weight loss/work out/tone goal. 5 stars I have worked with a couple different trainers of the past year or so, on and off. In my first experience, I lost about 5 lbs the first month and 15 over a total of 3-4 months. I knew their style of training was beneficial for some but it wasn’t what I needed to change my body. I started with Chris at BodyQuest just two weeks ago and I have lost 2 inches on my waist, 5% body fat and EIGHT pounds (which is huge for me). That was in only 6 sessions. I walk away from each session exhausted, sweating and stronger than the time before which is not something that I really experienced with the other trainers. Chris has provided me with realistic diet expectations because he gets that his clients are real people with real life circumstances that may not always allow them to eat perfect for every single meal. I would suggest Chris to anyone who is ready to change their life because when you work with him the change happens quick and is extremely motivating!

5 stars Chris approaches each of his clients as an individual, custom tailoring his workouts to help them attain personal goals and needs. Working out in Chris’ studio, I have had the privilege of meeting several of his clients and seeing the results of his workout and nutrition plans firsthand! I have also seen him go the extra mile to keep clients on track: helping with grocery shopping, sending texts or emails of encouragement and calling clients to reschedule in the event they do not show up. His calm and approachable manner immediately puts everyone at ease. Plus, he does not pass judgement on anyone. His workouts are rigorous, but not impossible, and leave you feeling super energized! A++ rating!

5 stars All the trainers there are friendly, professional, and will definitely give you an amazing workout. I had gone to local gyms and used their personal training, but Bodyquest is so much better. I don’t feel all weird bc of so many other people there, and it is on my time when I’m free in the day. The strength I’ve gained also helps me with my line of work. The benefits are amazing, and love that Chris and his staff believes how important health is to everyone and they do a great job getting us all into shape!

5 stars I lost inches fast! Chris knows exactly how to make you lose where you need to and not where you don’t. I was able to keep an absolutely feminine body while increasing my strength, tone and cardio fitness. It took what seemed like no time at all to get the results I was looking for! 5 stars Fifteen pounds gone and counting… what more do I need to say? Working out with Chris has been a godsend. After years of complete gym-phobia, I’ve found someone that’s able to motivate and challenge me. Each session he pushes me to my limits, yet is careful to never go too far. The downtown Louisville gym is incredibly convenient for my hectic schedule. And, for the first time in my life, I actually find myself looking forward to working out. Crazy! While the weight loss is nice, the strength and confidence he’s help me build is priceless. I highly recommend working at with Chris at BodyQuest.

5 stars I started training with Chris in 2010, and within weeks I lost several pounds and inches and was stronger than I ever thought possible. I had always been afraid of the gym, but Chris patiently guided me and tailored each workout to meet my personal goals. It’s been three years, and he still finds ways to keep me motivated (and sore). He never raises his voice, is always positive, and calmly says “yes, you can” when I get whiny. Not only does he provide amazing workouts each week, but he has given me the knowledge and confidence to continue training outside of his studio. I have tried several bootcamps, classes, etc, but nothing compares to Chris. I recommend him almost daily.

5 stars AWESOME! We all have different body shapes and different places our body stores fat and he took care of exactly what I wanted/needed to be toned. We also did cardio and full body workouts and not only am I stronger, I feel GREAT after working out, I quit smoking and the way I look after just a few weeks is literally amazing. He really knows what he is doing and cares about what he does. You just cant beat the price for the amazing/fast results… Would recommend him to anyone!!

5 stars I love working out with Chris at BodyQuest. He challenges me to try things I never thought I could do. I started working out with him again mid January and have already lost 13 1/2 pounds, 2 inches in my waist & thighs and feel much stronger. Each workout makes me feel stronger and gives me more energy. Working out with Chris makes the workouts more focused unlike walking around a gym wondering what to do next or spending countless hours on a treadmill walking no where fast. If you want to see a huge change in your body in a short amount of time then call Chris. It’s not a miracle, it won’t happen overnight, and it is hard work but it really pays off in the end. He has also helped me figure out my workouts at home so when I am not in his studio I am still getting a great workout.

5 stars I had the pleasure of working out at Body Quest 1 on 1 with Chris 4 days a week for 3 months to get in shape for Derby. At that time, I was pretty frustrated with the gym. I worked out daily but never saw results. I was the Queen of Cardio & would park it on an elliptical at my gym for 90 minutes, 6 days a week. I hit a plateau & could never seem to figure out how to get results on my own, even though i was ALWAYS in the gym. Chris taught me that less is more, and that you needed to change it up. He made work outs FUN. One minutes we’re boxing & sparring, toning using cables, and push ups on a suspended bar bell, then we’re doing Cirque du Soleil type moves using TRX & cables. I was astonished at the results. Chris taught me not to look at the scale, but to go by INCHES lost. In 28 years I’d always stared at the scale, then I’d get frustrated & give up. With Chris i lost 5 inches in my waist in 3 weeks. For me…..that was a BIG DEAL. He turned me into a believer & got me off my “Cardio Only” mentality. He taught me moves that I now can do in the gym, to mix it up. I Would highly recommend Chris to anyone at any fitness level.
